We always try to ensure that our bedrooms are the cleanest, but from now on, even further efforts and more time will be dedicated to rooms that are check outs, to ensure best sanitisation for new guests that are checking in. All guests will be offered face masks and hand sanitiser on arrival, your safety is our priority.

Additional procedures include:

Disinfection treatment of all surfaces, switches, remote controls, door and cupboard handles, telephones etc in all rooms and public areas, with extra sanitation in bathrooms. 

Where occupancy is low, guests will be spread out to different floors to maintain social distancing by those who choose to carry this forward.

Mini Fridges and Microwaves have been added to all rooms, giving guests the choice of breakfast in bed (via breakfast hamper) and still complying to social distancing regulations. (we hope the Dining room will still be open on a reduced capacity, allowing tables to be kept 2 metres apart)

Remote check-in and Check out if desired to limit face to face contact. This can be done over the phone in the your room or via mobile phone or email on arrival/departure. Just let us know your preference prior to arrival, we are here to help.
